just made the entire windshield surround for my 72 32'. no molds and no machines. (using 1/8 smoked plexiglass). fits exactly like the original). if theres interest, i'll be happy to post the proceedure. (the descpiption is alittle lenghty).

On this post, you say your boat is a 32'--on the water tank post you said it was a 40' ????

I don't recall posting anything on water tanks. but if I did please excuse the embelishment. I am very proud of my 72 32'. I would not intentionally misrepresent it. (she would get mad). and I'd pay for it at sea sooner probley than later. I will check that post.I'll be be more careful next time. thanks -
