1966 GM427 Piston Needed
1966 GM427 Piston Needed

Have you tried going through napa or one of those outfits? Or do you have to buy the whole set?

I would not recommend taking a well used piston out of someone elses motor and trying to use it in yours, that's a recipe for disaster. Contact any of the specialty piston manufacturers, Race-Tec, Ross, J&E, etc, and ask them to make you up a single piston to the 66-69 Chevy specs and your finished bore size.
Cheers, Mark
