    Hello,

    I'm hoping to get educated on the history & details of the Alglas 25/26(?). I really like the look and apparent seakeeping characteristics of the 25 Sports Fisherman. Any help to get me up to speed would be most appreciated. Are any years/models preferred design or construction wise?

    I have a 26 and love it, I also had a 32 and a 25 and they too were great boats

    Jack, I have a 25' express and can tell you that they are very sea worthy. They do roll a bil as they have a round bottom. And if you want to get up on plane quickly you will want trim tab's on her. The only weak point I have found is the windows which I am sure you have read is a problem with most of our boats.
