Jimmy, I would look really close at your local scarp yards. The price of Monel R is very high. I just scrapped my 44ft flushdeck pacemaker and I made $1000.00 just for the two monel fuel tanks. They were 130 gal tanks. So might be well worth your while to clean them out and scrap them. I ended up making over $4000 just on the brass/copper/stainless steel scrap. The exhausts were of course copper heat exchangers and they weighed in at 80Lb each. That's alot of copper, I think I remembered a little over 500lbs of copper with the wiring and exhausts. But it was hard work, I salvage every inch of wiring and burnt it off. Every brass screw that I could. Took me two weeks hard work but Making $4000 in two weeks wasn;t bad and I still have the diesel generator and twin diesel engines I will be listing for sale soon.
Good Luck , Denny

I scrap copper and in michigan they will not buy burnt copper so I would chech before burning it

The tanks are gone, I couldn't help myself the scrap yard took them for 4.50 A pound they weighed 300 pounds combined they were not Monel-R they were Monel 400 alloy which was worth more then the R. As for the generator I promised it to Danno if he still wants it, still waiting on the parts I need to get it going. I will say however the inside is sweeet.
However I still have hull planks and other lumber and parts available for anyone still interested.1969, 42" Pacemaker "ELENA LYNN"

What do you want for the head basin?

Hello, do you still have any items left for sale? I am looking for a few pieces of flat stainless steel that were used in interior doorways and to seam-off Nautolex exterior decking vynal. This original part is flat, 3/4" wide, and predrilled with countersink for #6 screw heads. Secondly, I am also looking for the stainless steel runners/guards that are fastened vertically on the hullsides at the transom edge. Also I would be interested in some planking. Noticing your 484 area code, I am in the Philadelphia are and would love to see what else you might still have available.
