You could try pulling the plugs and squirting some oil down each cylinder to see if you can get it free. Best stuff I've ever used for freeing stuck bolts and metals is Kroil made by www.KanoLabs.com
If I had to guess, a 260 Crusader would be a 350 block. Take a look on top of the bellhousing and you should find some info on a plate there.

This might be a little late but if your still trying heres what I did. I bought a boat a month ago and one of the engines was froze solid I tried PB Blaster first spraying it down the spark plug holes. After a week of doing that with no results I gave in to the recomendations everyone else had been giving me and flooded the engine with diesel fuel to include pulling the valve train and opening the intake valves while making sure the exaust valves were closed I put the spark plugs in and then proceded to fill the cylinders with diesel after about a week of letting the engine sit and soak I drained the cylinders and used a pry bar on the flywheel useing the teeth to move the crank. I started with moving it one tooth back and forth and finely I was able to move it two teeth and then four and then I was able to finely able to get a full rotation on the engine. The whole process took me around four hours of slow painstakeing progress but I got the engine broke free. I have yet to get it running but at least its no longer frozen. Oh and dont forget to drain the engine once you get it moving otherwise you might have other problems.
